We ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch preparation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES BY REGION

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated shipping times below are in business days and do not include the 2 to 3 business day processing period.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.


4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to become active.


5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:

• issue a refund excluding shipping and return costs
• or offer reshipment at the customer’s expense

6. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

• the outer packaging
• the shipping label
• the damaged product

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with household members or neighbors and contact the carrier.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported lost afterward.


7. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• carrier disruptions
• customs inspections
• weather conditions
• peak shipping seasons
• force majeure events
